How Licenses Relate to Versions

Badboy Software uses an agile development methodology where customers benefit from being at the forefront of the development process with many short development cycles. Because of this process we can often respond within days or hours to issues or feature requests where larger companies may take months or years. With these two factors in mind, we have developed the following licensing policy.

When you pay for a Badboy License, your license covers you:

• Forever for the version that is current at the time of purchase
• Forever for all versions up to the next major revision. A major revision is an increment in the first number in the version of the software (1.x => 2.x for example)
• Forever for all versions no matter which revision if it is released within two years of your purchase.

Note: Your license always lasts forever, only the versions it applies to are limited by this policy.
